“Let’s Get Going for the Planet“ was a slogan of this year’s initiative “One Hour” for the planet Earth, which was held on Saturday, March 27, 2021. The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) has called for cities, towns, companies and institutions to join this initiative, which for the past 14 years has been reputed as the largest voluntary action for nature protection in the world. It’s about that all invited should turn off the artificial lights for an hour, yet the teacher urged them to go a step further and turn off other electrical devices as well. Fifteen students took part in the implementation of this activity.
This activity is a part of the Project “Countering Divisions – Strengthening Trans-Ethnicity in Educational Institutions in the Local Communities of BiH“ financially supported by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
